Course Overview
This intensive course is designed to prepare candidates for the Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)® certification offered by PMI. The course is carefully tailored to teach you tools and concepts tested in the exam. About the Instructor
Bilal Iqbal, MBA, B.Eng & Mgmt, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Prosci CMP, LSSBB
Bilal is an extroverted, customer-focused leader with over 8 years of solid project management, continuous improvement and organizational change experience, preceded by several years of IT engagements. He has been involved with Agile implementations since 2006. Over the years, Bilal has successfully helped three organizations transition to Lean and Agile practices and methodologies. Bilal has spent a considerable amount of time advocating Lean and Agile practices along with proper change management in both private and public sectors. He has delivered tangible results to organizations through the use of these practices, and has experience in both delivery and coaching roles. As a delivery professional, Bilal has over 25 successful multimillion dollar projects under his belt.
Bilal is an experienced trainer and facilitator, and he delivers professional workshops and courses at both corporations and academic institutions. He is often called upon to facilitate negotiations and group workshops involving senior leaders.
